Locked, hand-numbered brass lockers reserved for regulars and visiting road captains. Deposit your personal bottle of vintage single malt, aged Bhutanese K5, or collector Bourbon. Your bottle waits under key until your next high-altitude pass.

Special off-menu culinary feasts customized directly by Chogyal and Danny. Smoked wild boar skewers, local Bhutanese dried yak-beef strips (Sha Kam Datshi), cast-iron sizzler platters, and piping hot hand-crimped momo steamers.

The Vault Reserve Cellar
K5 Himalayan Whisky
Crafted in honor of the 5th Druk Gyalpo. Blended with Scottish malt whiskies and organic Himalayan grain spirits distilled at high altitude. Smooth honey, roasted almond finish.
Macallan 12 Double Cask
Aged in American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Notes of candied citrus, warm ginger, nutmeg, and velvet dried fruit. Stored at optimal high-mountain cellaring.
Glenfiddich 18 Year Reserve
Small batch single malt married in Spanish Oloroso and American oak. Deep oak, baked apple, dried peel, robust structure favored by long-distance riders.
Raven Pure Bhutanese Vodka
Triple distilled glacial grain vodka filtered through natural mountain minerals. Clean, neutral bite with a crisp mineral finish. Poured sub-zero in frozen glassware.
The Himalayan Ascent
A staged tasting curated by Road Captain Chogyal, taking the palate from low-altitude Himalayan grain to peated Speyside imports.
